FLEX formed in 2012 and has been riding the grunge vein of the 90's and early 2000's, the timeless era of music which has heavily influenced each member of the band. Hailing from Cedar Rapids, IA, FLEX quickly gained a following by bringing their authentic acoustic and electric sets of cover songs to live venues throughout Iowa.
